The Perfect Coffee

We were spoilt a few weeks ago and given as a house gift this kick ass Breville coffee machine

Once I figured out how to use it I've made countless coffees for tradies, friends, family and of course myself and the Mr

I've come a long way from my days of instant milky sugary coffees .... For the last 4 years I've been using a stovetop espresso moka which makes a perfect short black

But it's been quite an adventure using a proper coffee machine - you need to grind the coffee beans, fill the coffee holder, wait for it to pour the coffee into the cup, froth up the milk, and then finally finally you can sit back and enjoy your cup of deliciousness

How do you have your coffee ... instant, moka or machine?

  1. Keurig, which I'm fine with. But I have a friend who is a chef and she insists on doing her coffee from scratch like you do, and I have to admit, it's the best I've ever had!
