I'm the first to admit there's usually a packet cake mix lurking in my pantry somewhere because it's much easier to bake something using these mixes than baking from scratch (and with my baking skills usually tastier too!). So for Easter I thought I'd put in a bit more effort and turn my basic packet mix chocolate muffins into something special.
