So tell me, what do you think these objects have in common?
A truck
Man figurine
Toy screwdriver
Yep it's a bunch of kids toys
In this drain
Which had been blocked
For months and months and months
There's no kids living here so the toys have most likely been there for years!
I'm just glad when I flush the toilet now it actually flushes!
There's never a dull moment around the Jarrah Jungle I tell ya :)
What strange things have you found in your home?
C'mon I'm sure there's something!

No weird objects, but it often smells like kimchi and cigarettes from our upstairs neighbor : )
ReplyDeleteHow interesting. Would you be able to tell how long they have been there? =D
ReplyDeleteOhh our backyard is a veritable treasure trove of junk! We're digging up heaps of the garden (turning boring lawn into actual garden!) and we find random stuff every time. So far the best things have been a really really old looking dolls head and the badge off an old Datsun.
ReplyDeleteThanks for saying hi on my blog Michelle :)
*s*
Hi there Michelle, I'm so happy to connect with another Australia based blogger! We live in an apartment so haven't really come across anything as exciting here. But I've just posted some news and I'm sure we'll find some surprises there! xoxox
ReplyDeleteWow it's crazy they have been stuck down there that long. So glad you were able to get them out! I've caught my kids trying to flush their toys before. Thankfully I stopped them before they did (I hope lol). I love reading your blog and I've nominated you for an award. If you get a second please come by and check it out :-)
ReplyDeleteOh dear! Glad it's all fixed now though. Nothing particularly weird at our place. The weirdest I can think of is pretty much every time I dig around in the garden I unearth a beer bottle top, a broken peg, a broken pen or a broken piece of fence. Still, a year and a bit after moving in!
